Visit to Hillsboro High School
On Friday Oct. 3, 2014 students from our Mass Communications program at Tennessee State University visited local Hillsboro High School. We were there to encourage this class of sophomores to start thinking about and preparing for the next phase of their life, COLLEGE! We shared our experiences and advise we would give to our younger selves when we were considering college.
The students at Hillsboro were extremely engaged and asked very thoughtful questions about what to consider when thinking about college. We look forward to working more with these students as they grow and learn more about communications and media.
Our next visit will be Oct. 17, 2014.
